Engineers equipped to solve problems
Our mechanical, chemical and design engineers have extensive experience and degrees in chemistry, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, polymer science, and polymer engineering. They are focused solely on delivering innovations in coating webbing and assemblies through understanding customers’ challenges and creating solutions.
Fully equipped lab
BioThane Coated Webbing's state-of-the-art research facility is designed to continually optimize and enhance the performance of our coated webbing and assembly products. The lab features a tensile strength tester and polymer testing equipment (i.e., melt index tester, abrasion and weathering acceleration testers). All of our testing is done in-house. However, if we do not have the testing capability, we have outside labs who can do the testing for us.

Our vendors undergo a qualification and approval process through our Quality Management System, which is based on the principles of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
