BioThane Coated Webbing's on-site Radio Frequency (RF) welding equipment bonds BioThane® to itself or to compatible thermoplastic surfaces. This sealing process uses high-frequency radio waves to heat and bond molecules in the materials being welded together. RF welding creates secure attachment points wherever sewing, which can compromise the surface of webbings and trap bacteria, would have been used.
BioThane Coated Webbing uses hot stamp technology to imprint logos, company names, and product information into the webbing.

Riveting permanently fastens hardware on our coated webbing products. Holes can be pre-punched or drilled with a hole diameter slightly smaller than the rivet’s shaft diameter.
We recognize that your application has unique size requirements. BioThane can cut our coated webbing products to fit your specifications. Most customers request webbing in 100-foot rolls, but our fabrication facility allows us to customize the size of your webbing roll to your needs.
Our finishing department can take our webbing products a step further with our punching services. We can punch centered, professional-looking holes in your belting and even finish the ends with a bull-nose shape, making it easier and more efficient to convert the webbing into its final product.
